Say "No“ to "No“ !

Unconscious stubbornness! The forgotten blind spots!
In the recent two years, my old cat sees and hears less, along her ageing pathway.
Visually, she prefers to focus on her front view. Unlike her younger days, she becomes less and less sensitive towards happenings outside her front view. During walking, she prefers walking straight and refuses to change. Should the room turn dimmer, she simply refuses to enter and to explore the room. I am observing her behavior, day after day. And suddenly, I realize that man behaves like that too!
We, disregard of our ages, are better at things, people or setting that we are familiar with.
Whenever there are changes in life, or when we MUST change in life, some time we refuse to make changes. Some time we insist to resort to our familiar ways, to sort out our life.
To change just a bit ? No!
To explore a new way ? No!
To try a new method ? No!
We might be used to say “No” upon changes; or it might take us some time, or some effort to convince ourselves to accept changes, to try new things.
My dearest cat! Thank you so much for hinting me about life. Yes, I do have some unconscious stubbornness, and some time totally unaware of the existence of my blind spots.
If you are now facing some changes in life, especially those changes that you might not like or outside your expectation - perhaps, you could relax a bit, loose up the old and familiar way a bit, and aware a bit more about your blind spots. Perhaps along the time, you might realize that changes are not as difficult as you once thought; and perhaps you might find that one can turn mature and grow that way!
